They had no choice to believe that they were created by god, different cultures having their own beliefs and ideas. However, in the modern era there is a different ideology, people have started to think logically and science has come a long way. It is now believed that evolution has resulted in the changes on planet Earth and human kind was not just simply created by a ‘God’. What is evolution? Fossils are the remains of past life which have been preserved in rocks, soil or amber over a long period of time. They are the remains of hard parts of organisms, mainly bones and shells.
